I am new here. I've already confirmed that my new home has full-fibre connectivity. Please inform me if I may connect the broadband on 19/8, and what steps your firm needs to take. For example, will I get a new router or would I have to wait for your engineer to connect? Thank you for replying.

Post the results of the checker ( redacting any personal information ) and people here should be able to advise

Given that an ONT already exists, then it SHOULD be a remote activation. So about 2-3 days from placing the order.

Is this a new build or has FTTP been installed previously ?

The only way to get a definite date is to place an order. If you do , then make sure that the ONT is left powered as Openreach will perform an automated test to check it. If that fails then an engineer will be required, which will delay the installation
