Login for nsandi.com won't respond

Trying to log in to secure.nsandi.com and it says the site can't be reached.

Spoke to support who confirmed they get redirected or at least open some sort of page. I've tried on all my devices using my Plusnet connection and none of them work. If I use my mobile's 3/4/5g connection, it works without issue.

Any ideas please?

I am able to log in to my NS&I account OK on my Plusnet broadband.

Have you tried switching off your router/Hub for a couple of minutes, then re-powering it.

I access my NS&I account via their home page and clicking on "Log In" in the top right corner:

That page doesn't work for me either but I was able to log in via another route:

I went to the Premium Bonds prize checker page https://www.nsandi.com/prize-checker , which worked, then clicked on the login icon at the top.

Unfortunately doesn't work for me going via the prizechecker page.

Will try rebooting my router but don't have high hopes. NS and I said they have no current issues so it's something to do with my connection/IP address but who knows.

Will give this a go but have the same issue on various devices, all linked by 1 thing, my Plusnet connection. I have tried on different browsers too that have not accessed the account before.

I am having the same issue

I also can't access NsandI on their App on my phone whilst on Wi-Fi, but it works if I switch to 4G

I can confirm on trying the mobile app over wifi, it would not work. As soon as I switched to 4g, it was allowing me to try to sign in.

It is not just PN - it won't work on my Zen connection either.

I can get to the log in page on my Zen connection. W11and Edge; and W11 and Chrome.
