No usable internet

My internet connection went down overnight. The router indicates it’s connected to the internet, and the ONT has green lights. I’ve restarted everything, but the problem persists. I reported it to tech support about an hour ago and am still waiting for a call back. Anyone else having trouble?

I did have something very similar but it connectivity is ok now with moderately worst latency.

The issue should now be resolved, please can you reboot the router and try to connect.

DL is about what is supposed to be and latency is slighly above normal.

I am getting 37Mb/s download + 10MB/s upload.

That's what I was getting and is what I would expect.

I am using Plusnet FTTP trial (no contract) based in Milton Keynes.
