Restarted hub2, phone reported a connection on restart yet no Internet, using non default dns Google and opendns iirc

I've not had broadband or wi fi either for three days and Plusnet don't know what the issues are .
Mine went down three days ago at around 7.30pm.
It has affected router so cannot log in . Generally without being disrespectful agents are not help in the phone and they are the technical team so if they don't know then how are we supposed to?
The only think to do is constantly ring and request that if they can't figure it then you be directed to someone who can .
What amazes me is why do they employ people who have zero or extremely poor technical knowledge and call them the technical team ?
Bewildering!

@Aimeep The people you start talking to are NOT the 'Technical Team' - they are first-line support agents and do not have technical training - they usually work from a script/set of instructions.
