Plusnet hub two flashing orange help

Hi guys im on fibre and i have a plusnet hub two modem i just got home an hour ago and noticed my modem is just flashing orange.
Ive tried to reset it.
Turnt plug off all the usual.
Is plusnet down?

Is the line going through the socket working still. as i have no home phone to try landline wise.
Or is there any update?

I've just checked back and can see there's actually an MSO (major service outage) affecting your area.

Openreach are on the case and should have it resolved by tomorrow, sorry for the disruption in the meantime.
