&lt;P&gt;Which Hub are you using, are these observed speeds wired or wireless.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Speedtest should where possible be performed using a wired connection or failing that very close to the router if wireless.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Between the Openreach ONT and router is the network cable your are using cat5e or better. cat5 will limit the speed to 100mbps&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My contract with plusnet says I will get 900mb to 1gb download speeds. I am currently getting 20 to 30mbs. But I am getting about 70mb upload speed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this normal? Will this be fixed by Plusnet?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
