capped FTTP speed

Hi all, had the 900mbit package ever since it came out in my area, up until a few days ago had no issues reaching the max speed anytime (980 on most speedtests). Now it appears that I am capped at 700, no matter what time/day it is. Any idea what gives ?

Hey there @bladerunner just checked and no issues with being capped etc on our side. Have you tried both wired and wireless?

Hi , thanks for checking and this lead me to check my router. Looks like QoS got enabled with my latest router firmware update, soon as I switched it off I am back to full strength ! Many thanks for your help
