Safeguarding not working

Hi I've just joined and turn on the safeguarding feature and despite saying it is turned on is not working. Its not blocking sites it should be and after turning it on and off its still not working. I read it had been an issue in the past, can this be looked at and fixed ASAP please.

@PGoodchild66 have you restarted the router since you turned Safeguard on ?

I've never used it myself but I understand it can take a couple of hours to start working. If its not working by tomorrow, I suggest calling customer services
