Plusnet should really sort out their auto-replies. This is the second such erroneous auto-reply I've had from them. It just confuses matters.

What does the Subject mean? I've chosen to upgrade my Full Fibre speed from 500 to 900 mb/s. I then received an e-mail with the Subject statement in it. In addition the e-mail stated that I may experience issues with the stability of my service. What does this mean? I didn't see any mention of interleaving on the upgrade offer and I certainly wouldn't have upgraded if I knew my service would be unstable.

@ksaro1 This is a 'false flag' message auto-generated by the PN system. Interleaving is not used on Full Fibre, but changes of service provision for some reason auto-generate this misleading message.

Dont worry , its just an erroneous message generated as part of the product change. There is no interleaving on Full fibre.

@ksaro1 Well Plusnet are definitely aware of this one, it's been mentioned several times recently on the forum. Have they done anything to fix it? Obviously not (yet).
