Upgrade from FTTC to FTTP - questions

Hi,

Currently with Plusnet on their FTTC product and looking at moving to the FTTP offering. Not bothered about losing the landline number as it hasn't been used for ages (and currently unplugged).

My contract runs until Sept 30th 2023 - Can I move now without incurring additional charges ?

I also have BT Sport on the current service - will this remain ?

I've also got a static IP address - will this remain ?

Yes to all your questions. Be aware you'll probably need to sign a new contract though. You should also be able to stay at the same speed if that's enough for you.

thanks... Just called them and they confirmed all you said.. Plus, there's no price increase until April 2024.. New24 month contract was needed (not a problem as I've been with them for the last 21 years)... Took the "Full Fibre 500" Installation due 12th April (my choice)
