PON light solid red?

Hi,

Had FTTP installed last Friday - all seemed to go well and connected at the expected 300Mbs speed.

Working well until last night but this morning no internet and had a solid red/orange PON light on the ONT (see attachment)

Does anyone have any idea what could be the cause?

Guess I'll have to log a fault?

Other than perhaps power cycling the ONT , there's little you can do except raise a fault

Thanks MisterW - power cycle didn't help so have raised a fault via text. Hoping they'll be able to send someone out soon.
