I want to carry out a speed test for my full fibre broadband, but can't do the full additional diagnostic test, as this requires a broadband service ID.

I used to be able to put in my phone number, but since upgrading to full fibre, don't have this any longer.

Where can i find my broadband service ID?

Otherwise known as 'BBEU', I don't think you can find it anywhere on your Member Centre pages, you need to request it from a staff member on here (for example). Hopefully a member of the help team will see your post and provide it to you privately via a ticket, although that might not happen during the weekend.
