      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to upgrade to full fibre. There is only one socket available however. Can I use an extension for the equipment?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The engineer will install a new ONT in your house, the phone socket will no longer be used.&lt;BR /&gt;You can discuss with the engineer where you would like the ONT placing and if it's reasonable they should accomadate that.</description>
