      <title>Hub 2 Performance Test won't load properly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The performance test in the Hub 2 manager won't open properly.&amp;nbsp; It gets as far as loading the initial page, but when I click on the 'test my speed' tile, the tester loads as far as the purple background with the white slash but no further.&amp;nbsp; I've restarted the manager, but no joy.&amp;nbsp; I'm on a Full Fibre 500Mb contract (I think - the Plusnet website won't open either, so can't check it) and the last reading I got, a few days ago, was around 480Mb . Anyone got any ideas?&amp;nbsp; Thanks, Dave&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What device/web browser are you using to access the Hub Manager?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you able to run a speedtest directly using the link &lt;A href="https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; (which points to the same place the Hub Manager should)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When clicking the 'Test my speed' button, is the test opening in a new window/browser tab?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Many thanks for your speedy response Bob.&amp;nbsp; I'm using Firefox browser on a Windows 10 server, neither of which has changed since I last got the test to work.&amp;nbsp; I've just tried your direct link and get the same result - purple backgound but no text.&amp;nbsp; The test opens in a new tab.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;CTRL+F5 clears the browser cache and reloads the page. Works with all browsers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Strangely I got the same problem when I checked the site&lt;/P&gt;
