      <description>Firstly, open reach have arrived over an hour late.&lt;BR /&gt;No messages or contact as plusnets email said I'd get.&lt;BR /&gt;No discussion about where I want the cable. It's either in to my hall way where I have no power. Or a black ugly cable running around the outside of my house to where my current point is. I asked could it not be fed in like the current cable. Apparently not as that'd be difficult so it's either the external cable or nothing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Absolutely raging. Not a good start at all!</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about your disappointment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately fibre-optic cables cables have a minimum bend radius of about 20mm, so much greater than copper twisted pair used for ADSL/FTTC. This makes the routing far more restrictive, and often the most challenging aspect of the installation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
