&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry that your connection wasn't working after you upgraded to Full Fibre.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can see an engineer went out on Saturday and fixed a fault with the fibre wiring.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has your connection been okay since?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Red LOS Light on ONT, Orange Router - all cables are correct</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just switched from plusnet landline + broadband to full fiber and once engineer left it worked for around 1 hour before cutting out&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a red LOS Light on the ONT,&amp;nbsp; Hub Two is glowing orange - all cables are correct and I can connect but have no internet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thinking i need an engineer visit as it will be a wiring thing - I work from home so this is not a happy time&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

About the only thing you can check yourself&amp;nbsp; is that the fibre connection to the ONT is 'clicked' home and hasn't come lose. Other than that , it's raise a fault as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/38823"&gt;@Baldrick1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;says&lt;/P&gt;</description>
