Full Fibre Speeds

Good afternoon

Last Friday we had Full fibre 500 installed and I just wanted to know how long before we can expect to see that kind of speed on the line on a regular basis.

it's certainly an improvement on normal broadband both upload and download but tests are showing a wide variation in speed and I thought it should be fairly constant?

If you are testing via an Ethernet cable then the speeds should be consistent with the product ordered from day one. If you are testing via Wi-Fi, which is a black art, then speed tests aren't reliable using that technology.

I'm on 500 full fibre for nearly 3 months and speed is 500/75 with low ping, never dropping...
