I am currently back using the Hub2 and cables they sent but I have also tried a Netgear D7000
and a brand new Nest Wifi Pro and all gave very similar results.

Iv reported an issue and sent my speedtest results.
Should hear something back within a few days hopefully.

Recently moved house staying with plusnet and upgraded to full fibre 900.

The connection has been up and running nearly 6 weeks now but I am getting terrible speeds as low as 40mbps. Iv had one speed test about a week after connection come back at 750mbps but nothing over 250mbps since. Average is around the 125mbps mark.

I'm sure it's only supposed to take a couple of weeks for the line to stabilise so was hoping for better results by now

There is no stabilisation period on FTTP.

Are you testing wired or wireless ?

What is the result of a wired speed test using the Ookla test speed test.net ?

Ah OK I didn't know that.

I have just run an ookla speedtest (on a server 20miles away) on wired connection an the result came back as 59mbps down and 49mbps up 16ms ping an 4ms jitter.

Not the best result for a 900mbps connection which is guaranteed no lower than 500mbps.

Are you using the Plusnet router and the supplied cable?

if so , then something is not right there, report a fault https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/broadband/
