I can see that you have since discussed this with our technical support team and it looks like they were able to get you back up and running.       <description>Help  fibre broadband has been down since beginning of August, problem started just b4 my holidays just got back &amp;amp;amp; still the same  tried resetting HH6 with no luck,router showing orange light. Phone line ok</description>
