Plusnet currently host my domain but I want to move t to Mythic Beasts asap please so the IPSTAG needs to be changed to:

I’m unable to find the support ticket in member centre and have not received any email from the ticket. I did reply to your private message saying that but have not heard back.

As I'd had no response and this is urgent (must be done before 06/09/2026), I rang Support. I was told I couldn't see the ticket in member centre because the person who raised it (not Peter) didn't request an email to be sent. They have now raised the request to change the IPSTAG. I just hope it gets done in time.

I've replied to your latest message, I still haven’t heard back from Support and still can’t see the ticket in Member Centre despite receiving an email from the ticket when it was updated on Wednesday.
