login to ee failed as discrepancy on plusnet information

I have transferred broadband and home line to EE as per plusnet instructions. I am unable to login to EE as it errors saying that the information I enter does not match that sent over from Plusnet, how can I find out what was sent, particularly on my date of birth?

@olderuser90 I had a similar problem with EE. My error said "Your details don't fully match those on the billing account". The message told me to quote error code "birth date".

I phoned them up on their freephone number. He went through some security details & personal details, but the only thing that he didn't know was my title (Mr. Mrs. etc.). It's hard to believe that it was only that which caused the mis-match? He asked me to try logging in again & it worked.

Did you get the same error as the attachment?
