topic Reward Card lower than expected in Everything else

Received my reward card a few weeks ago, with half the amount I was promised. £50 allocated instead of £100.

I contacted Purecard support, and they responded "As we are a third party company, we are provided the information directly from Plusnet. If the amount is incorrect you will need to contact Plusnet directly"
I contacted Plusnet via the usual support number, provided my details, and got told the exact same: Contact Purecard/Blackhawk directly "As they are a third party".

My assumption: I commenced the sign up process via BroadbandChoices, listing a £100 reward card for joining. The site failed to return a result on whether I could purchase the FTTP package for my property, so I rang support directly to get a proper confirmation. The customer support rep then led me through the rest of the purchase, and completed it over the phone. Which I expect, led me to recieve the main site's advertised £50 instead.

I hardly would have found it logical to hang up while the opportunity was presented to me there, but I was never informed I would be receiving a lower reward amount for doing such, in which case I would have immediately. Is there any way I can recieve the amount I was informed about in the first place?
