Many years ago I had a domain registered hps.org.uk . It was allowed to lapse. I would now like to be able to use it again. WHOIS shows is as active, Plusnet Plc t/a Madasafish Broadband as the registrar, however it does not resolve in DNS, so I suspect it is not actually in use but was never fully released. How can I go about getting hold of it again?
