How to respond to opened question?

I get an e-mail from Plusnet referencing an opened question (and its number). In the e-mail is a link to 'Review this question' and the following advice: 'You can follow the progress of this Question online and add information if you need to.'. However when I click on the link I only get the question itself and no mechanism by which I can respond or add information, or indeed a way to send anything back regarding the question. Would someone please advise?

I think that might be the answer - i.e it has been classed as a closed question. Whereas the wording of the e-mail and the nature of the question imply that it is a question which could merit a response - even if at least for a short time window. Certainly no mention of it being a closed question - only that the question has been opened.

As I read somewhere else you may get further insight via https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?p=search&view_by=7days&from....

That link would show whether it was open or (from my experience) more likely closed. For some reason, someone or something doesn't like questions/tickets left open, even when they should be.
