    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry Lee.&amp;nbsp; Too late.&amp;nbsp; Your website says we can contact you via Twitter, but still no response on there from my original query on October 3rd.&amp;nbsp; I have now switched to another provider.&amp;nbsp; I suggest you remove mention of your Twitter account from your website so others are not kept waiting for a non-existent reply.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;For reference your Twitter auto message reads "&lt;SPAN class="css-1jxf684 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-poiln3"&gt;Thanks for contacting Plusnet! We’ve received your message and one of our helpful members of staff will be in touch as soon as possible."&amp;nbsp; Umm...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Does Plusnet respond on Twitter?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent Plusnet a message on Twitter on Friday and got an auto response stating that they were rather busy but would get back to me 'as soon as possible'. I posted again on Monday and again yesterday but still not reply.&amp;nbsp; If they are unable to reply to a simple query in five days I'm not sure that I want to move from my current ISP to Plusnet. Is their Twitter usually this appalling?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
