&lt;P&gt;PlusNet have / are withdrawing from offering phone services so nothing doing for new customers. Even if a customer, if you move to Full Fibre you lose your phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'd need to use an independant VOIP supplier for your phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Likewise for your Domain if it's not already with someone else.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do PN offer Full Fibre at your address?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am am currently with Virgin Media for full fibre 125Mb and have put my telephone ex copper via their broadband.&amp;nbsp; Paying about £60 per month!&amp;nbsp; There support is awful.&amp;nbsp; I have given up using them for Email have my own domain name and pay £3 for a mail server service (up to 5 email addresses).&amp;nbsp; I think I will change to Plus Net get good ratings all round.&amp;nbsp; But when I look on their site for offers.&amp;nbsp; It keeps saying No Phone service.&amp;nbsp; Do Plus Net support telephone over broadband/Internet.&amp;nbsp; I want to keep my phone number from copper but have it handled by my broadband provider.&amp;nbsp; I could ring up but would be good to know what Plus Net can provide before I start negotiating.&amp;nbsp; Any way have just renewed my Virgin contract. Agh!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/147172"&gt;@grahamm7&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Plusnet are a 'broadband only' ISP - they do not offer a VoIP facility, but there is plenty of help and guidance on here should you ever need it, which you obviously don't now, having&amp;nbsp; just renewed with VM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
