Hey all,
I've had a DNS issue for which seems years, from when I was on BT to moving to Plusnet. After doing some deep research into it, I find that Plusnet have 2 sets of DNS addresses, and so I chose the safeguarding range, inserted them l into the Hub 2 rebooted everything and Plex isn't showing rebinding anymore, even better I've been able to switch the firewall back on along with Universal Plug and Pray (UPnP) and Plex shows no rebinding and working like it should with everything!
For those having DNS related issues this could fix your problem also? Especially with Plex and Emby.

Thought I'd share my findings for anyone with this issue and like myself have been pulling hair out for a while.

Dave
