Need help pointing domain at Hostopia please.

Hi Everyone,

I've been trying to work out why my webspace is not visible and received some help from staff. Thank you @LexLex2020 and @Tina (staff).

I do recall using CCGI at one point and it seems that when my CCGI was migrated to Hostopia, I should have pointed the domain to them by setting up the DNS records. I was going through some health issues at the time, so that was the last thing I had on my mind.

I've looked at the information provided in the PN help pages but as it's so long since I used my webspace, I don't really know what I should be putting in where, having never had to do so before.
I see that I need to fill in the CNAME with my domain name but I also need an A record, and don't really know what I'm doing with that. Also IP addresses are mentioned, I'm no longer a PN customer so I don't know what IP address I need.

I'd be really grateful if someone could get in touch on here or by PM to help me out.

I just want to add that my DNS records are blank on the PN hosting control panel. User name markhamlee.

Having read through other similar CCGI related posts on here, it looks like I may need the help of @bobpullen

Please can you advise me what I need to do to point my domain at Hostopia please. I was out of action at the time when all the migration happened and only just started trying to get this all sorted out.

I've had several conversations with some of the lovely PN support people on here, but none of them are conversant with webspace hosting.
