Freenetname - Domain renewal

I am a user who originally came to Plusnet from Freenetname/Madasafish but migrated to BT after a couple of issues. I paid for the justmail service ensuring my domain was renewed each year. A few years ago this became free of charge and plusnet pledged to continue with the service indefinitely. Up until now there have been no issues.

My domain expires today with no sign that it is being renewed which is not good news, can anyone advise?

You'll probably need to send one of the Help Team (the four @ links above) details of the not-renewed-yet domain name (send a PM [Private Message] via their linked page/s).

As far as I understand it, PMs sent are viewable by all four (so whoever's on shift can refer it to NetOps or whoever deals with domain renewals currently).

Given this is the second such domain-renewal thread in a matter of days, it might be helpful if the Moderators could perhaps create an amalgamated thread (similar to the one for Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here! at https://community.plus.net/t5/Email/Archived-mailbox-Request-for-it-to-be-unarchived-here-Part-2/m-p/2014591#M51143 )

to keep all such domain-renewal requests in a single location, ongoing, if at all possible.
