Website files not yet restored: URGENT

I had my websites (2) removed because apparently I had exceeded my bandwidth.

However it seems that I cannot conrol traffic to my domains because I don't have the control of Apache for my domains, so this is quite unfair.

I have spoken twice to your support staff, but they admit to knowing little about how you can resolve the issue of your control of the domains.

Could PLEASE re-enable my two domains absolutely urgently.

I see that you have contacted our Technical Team again. A task was raised and completed. Is everything restored now? If not, I can check this for you.
