Plusnet no longer offer static IPs - customers that already have them can keep them, but no new static IPs are being allocated.

You may be able to achieve what you want using a dyndns service - which provides a domain name for your dynamic IP address, and updates whenever your dynamic IP changes.

Alternatively you could use a L2TP tunnel such as provided by AAISP to gain IPv4 and IPv6 addresses that are independent of your ISP - which is what I use.

Hi all,

I'm hoping somebody here can help. I'm seeking a static IP for self-hosting, but cannot find a way to do so using my online account. I've read it requires a one time £5 charge and asking on here. So here I am to request with £5 ready (Not in hand haha). I tried to follow links to enable it in my account but the option is not present.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
