Is it possible to get off the 150.143.x.x block of IP's, the IP I'm on is proving to be very sticky.
My VoIP provider thinks my IP is not in the UK and therefore rejects numbers not containing a country code.
Previously I've solved this issue by getting a static IP but unfortunately they are no-longer available.

Come on MOD, why move the post, I posted in the thread telling us that "Static IP addresses can no longer be added". That is very relevant to this post.

Do all geolocation data providers report the IP address to be abroad?

The right action would be to correct wrong geolocation data. I think @bobpullen has been able to poke this in the past.

Perhaps this is something Plusnet could do proactively for all their address ranges?

@Townman
The geolocation sites I've checked report this IP range as being in the UK.
Whois sites suggest the registration is to a organisation in US.
https://whois.arin.net/rest/net/NET-150-143-0-0-1/pft?s=150.143.0.0

This is a 10 year old issue, I tried many years ago to get the VoIP provider to update their geolocation data and failed. I think Bob also tried at the time. I don't wish to move VoIP because they are very cheap and their voice quality is good.
