Transferring domain name

I have a domain which I have had for many years via my original madasafish account. I now want to transfer it to a new provider. I have a new provider ready to go, they are just waiting for PlusNet to change the IPSTAG. There do not seem to be any relevant options on the helpline for this. How do I go about it. This is urgent as I am already paying for the new service
