Correct number for Plusnet Broadband?

Hi I have called 03301239123 as that's the number on my plusnet broadband account to call, but it's Lebara mobile and they say they can't help. I want to discuss my renewal as my contract for broadband expires on 13th May and want to discuss the options and see what they can offer rather than me moving elsewhere but can't find a number!!

@TKK Are you sure you actually dialled 0330 123 9123 - I just did and got straight through to the PN IVR system?

@TKK Try the customer options number 0800 013 2632 They can help with renewals etc.

The number you used is the correct one, I used it a couple of days ago, trying to get an update on my FTTP upgrade

Have tried 3 times and it goes through to Lebara - they say they can only help with sim only broadband. WE used to be with Plusnet mobile but had to move to Lebara as they took them over....

Thanks - this also takes me to Lebara to discuss my SIM and they nothing about a number for Plusnet broadband!!

Theres clearly a problem with yout phone/Lebara account.

Can you ring any other number and get through? Have you an outstanding bill from Lebara? Have you tried switching your phone off completely for a few minutes?

@Baldrick1 I suspect you have hit the nail on the head - Lebara's phone number is a national (020) one!

Thanks everyone - we called on my husband's lebara sim mobile and he went straight through to plusnet - no idea why mine won't!
