Personal website blocked on Plusnet only - can anyone shed any light on this please?

My personal website is blocked on Plusnet only at home and I can't access it at all. I can access it away from home. Does anyone have any clues as to why this is happening and how I can fix it?

@CDodd When you say it is 'blocked' - what exactly do you mean? Who hosts the site?

Is your personal website hosted on a web server on your home connection, if not where is it hosted ?

What specific model of broadband router are you using ?

It won't upload up at all and says 'we cannot reach this page, it took too long to respond'. If I access it away from the home it's fine.

On your home PC that you are trying to upload from, have you tried changing the network settings from DHCP acquired Plusnet DNS servers, to manually applied alternative public DNS servers ?

Try setting the PC's Primary DNS to say '8.8.8.8' (Google), and Secondary DNS to '1.1.1.1' (Cloudflare)

then reboot the PC and try accessing your website.

Thanks for the suggestion - I've tried it and unfortunately the same thing happens where the website doesn't load up
