Reverse DNS/PTR setup for static IP

Hello,

I would like to get reverse DNS/PTR setup for two domains using my existing static IP address. I phoned customer support but they were unable to help. Could someone please point me in the right direction.

You are in the right place, one of the PN help team staff will pick this up.

However, you can only have a single PTR record so you need to decide which domain you wish to use. Make sure that you have a corresponding A record pointing to your static IP

Hello @Tina11192,

The ticket that was raised (referenced in your previous note) suggests that the reverse DNS should be set up within 5 working days - dated 4th February. The task reference is RITM00479143.

The reverse DNS still points to 80-229-139-65.plus.com instead of to the domain. I responded to the ticket on Tuesday to ask for an update and have not had a response.

Could you please let know how I can pursue this further.
