Please could a member of the Plusnet team enable the static IP feature on my account? I’m aware there is a £5 charge and happy to pay.

You may also like to request your reverse DNS changed at the same time, the default exposes you plusnet account name.

Have you logged in to your account and paid? You have to do this first.

The only option I can find on the “Extra features” page under the “Add ons” menu is for Norton software. There is no option to pay for fixed IP.

Is there a different page where I can pay?

There been a few reports recently saying the add Static IP option being missing, the ability to manage the static IP is missing on my account

You can either wait for someone from plusnet to see this thread or maybe phone in.

Could you try restarting your router now and let us know if this has worked?

Just a power off and on will do the trick.

Had the play around with the static ip component to get things moving.
