&lt;P&gt;Just letting you know I have raised this to our NetOps team, I suggest that you check your Plusnet online account at your earliest convenience, as I have sent you a detailed email.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I responded to the ticket in my Plusnet online account with the requested details,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;however I see there is an update saying the ticket has been closed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The rDNS entry still contains my username, can this be sorted out as soon as possible and&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;changed from &amp;lt;username&amp;gt;.plus.com to &amp;lt;static-ip&amp;gt;.plus.com.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
