Can anyone help me getting my 'very old' hosted website reactivated. It says deactivated due to exceeding my daily allowance.

I'm sorry your post didn't get onto our radar! I've raised a task over to the netops guys to get your site unarchived so that should get picked up within the next 5 working days.
