Static IP revealing username as hostname

Hello,

I have just relised that my username Is listed as my hostname on reverse ip lookup tools.

I have just spoken to customer services over the phone who have told me that removing my username is not possible without closing my account. However I have noticed some other users having success via the forum.

Is this possible?

CS are badly trained with regards to some aspects of the services. A Help Team member will pick this up and sort it for you.

@Eth0v1 you can have it as static or a domain so long as the A record is pointing towards the static or the username. Let me know what you want.

If I could have the domain I host on this IP pointed to the static, I'd appreciate it. OK to PM you the domain?
