I'd like to transfer my domain name out, and I have seen this is the place to request a ticket.
It's a ".co.uk" domain and the IPS tag needs to be changed to NAMECHEAP-INC

@hniu it hasn't been picked up from the net ops team yet, however it has been triaged to them from our team. I am sorry about this.
