Still happening for me too. Is there a way to prevent the problem occurring every few months? It's good that the problem usually gets fixed fairly quickly, but it would be so nice if it stayed fixed and never failed again.

Thank you. It is still happening as of my posting this.

Looking back, I found a similar thread in November 2023, roughly 6 months ago. Perhaps something happens with your supplier every 6 months?

Is there any solution that would enable access to the Usenet service when away from the ISP address, other than running some sort of gateway on a machine at home?
