Where are My Perks?

When I log in and click on My Perks nothing loads, just grey blocks. I've treid everthing to coreect this but nothing works - except USING A VPN! Switch on a VPN and hey presto there are my perks, turn it off, refresh and back to grey panels. Anyone know whats going on here and how to fix it?

Sounds like you may be using an out of date DNS resolver. Are you using the Plusnet ones?

Have you tried other resolvers or leaving the hub switched off for an hour or so to see if you pick up a different IP address.

SOLVED! I found a fix for this in Firefox settings. In Privacy & Security I changed DNS over HTTPS from Default to Increased Protection and My Perks now appears normally. It also worked if I switched it completely OFF! Haven't a clue why this works but what the h***!

Were your Perks worth the effort?
