They can (apparently) migrate my account *and* retain my landline provision. (or at least the option of retaining a call plan which suggests very similar)

Future projections of Shell Energy broadband provision prices are based on CPI + 3%

So there might be a question mark over the future of the broadband service, will it be sold off or is Octopus entering the broadband market space?

@greygit1 I believe Shell use TalkTalk as their Broadband supplier who use Local Loop Unbundling with their own equipment in exchanges which are at present not affected by the stop/sell on PSTN landlines, this is likely to change when the full PSTN withdrawal happens in 2025.

As already mentioned by @Dan_the_Van will Octopus take over the Shell Broadband business, some uncertainty about that.

Thx for that info snippet. Therefore I'm now assuming that Utility Warehouse may be in a similar marketing position.

(LLU unbundlers? Don't remind me of Tiscali...)
