Why do Plusnet seem so reluctant to provide any alternative means of contact other than the telephone?

I am extremely deaf and unable to use the telephone and require an email or postal address?

There is also the Accessibility link on every page of the website and community website which gives you a list of services that can be useful for contacting them.
