Since joing Plusnet, we cannot upload YouTube. The icon is on the television screen but when we click on, the screen will not respond. Any ideas?

Is it even connected?

If your TV is connected over WiFi, and you have recently joined Plusnet and got a new router, then it is very likely that you will need to update the WiFi settings on your TV so that it can connect to the Plusnet router.
