Plusnet Mastercard - no PIN number/contactless?

Hi - did anyone else receive a £75 Mastercard? If so did you use it in a shop because mine won’t work as contactless and needs a pin which I haven’t received ?!

Hey there @LA1 whilst we are unable to advise about the PIN I just want to check, if you call the number on the card they will be able to advise, have you tried that?

Hi.. only just seen your post..

I had a card with a positive balance from Plusnet too (join up reward) These card with credit have been similar to others I have had.. they don't operate like normal credit and debit cards.

I have used them eventually but it has not always been easy on the things I wanted.

As the other reply said.. check the card supplier website. You should have a pin number supplied with the card for the website
