I've been pleading for help with this for weeks ...

I have NO WAY TO GET WHATSAPP functioning via my Home Plusnet WIFI.... on my iPhone XR !!!

I just get Spinning or FROZEN Ferris Wheel at top of screen saying connecting !!! ... and that's it .. never ending ... !!!

Plusnet has referred me to the Community to solve my Problem after checking and trying connections remotely and trying to connect to a couple of different IP Addresses.

Can you imagine the frustration for a New Customer !!... No live Typing Chat Line .... No emailing facility to discuss issues ...

So here's asking the Community ... otherwise I'm back to just phoning up again and again!!

Surely Surely my problem .... Not my phone ..... and it is Not WhatsApp .... (I have uninstalled and re-installed etc. and though still in touch with them they don't seem to be able to assist } ... .........

Because ....

I have No Problem when linking via a different WIFI source ....

I have No Problem when linking via Mobile Data

I have No Problem on either of these whether I have "Security Protection .. Norton" active or not ......

All other Internet surfing is no problem generally ... though the odd site has refused to connect ..

Not only are Chats failing but I am also unable to get onto the WhatsApp.com website .....

This is perhaps a clue because a connection failure message comes up ... " An SSL Error has occurred and a Safe Connection to the Server cannot be made".

When I go for WhatsApp.com via another WIFI ... it is no problem .. straight onto their Website !!!

Top it all ... it's Not just My Mobile that can't make a connection at home .......... other family iPhones won't connect either !!!

So Surely Surely .... it's got to be an IT interface or Faulty Line / Modem problem surely !!!

Plusnet IT Section !! .... or anybody ... Please have you any ideas what is going on !!

I don't want to pack it in with Plusnet ... all else seems fine ..... but I can't stay on if the problem is not solved.

Cheers MrCatCC
