I need to speak to someone who can handle a domain transfer away from Plusnet(F9) to Ionos.

The domain in question is anbral.co.uk and I have already raised a ticket (233433167) for the IPS tag to be changed. Apart from confirmation of the question being raised on 27th April we've heard nothing.

I noticed on another thread that user @willcutforth was able to help with these type of requests just in the past week, perhaps he can assist here as well.

Actually just seen it on the ticket anyway so ignore me! I will raise it now anyway for you. Give it a few days but I will get back to you when I have an email. They don't work weekends or bank holidays just to let you know.
