Free-online: no access to email settings

Hello, I have a Free-online account and recently I have discovered that I can no longer access my email settings. I need to move an “Alias” from one Mailbox to another: is there any other way to do this please?

Hello, thanks for your reply. The option to change my email settings is no longer available.

The option to manage your email is found under Manage Account from the Home page of the members centre, you need to scroll to the bottom of the page or use this link https://www.plus.net/manage_my_mail

Hello, thanks for your reply. The link that you supplied works! I can acces my email settings and make changes as previously. However if I log in via https://www.plus.net/member-centre/login, there is a message saying: "You are not currently allowed to make a change. There is already a change in progress. Please try again later" and the option to manage account or email settings is not visible. So thank you very much for your help.
